This page opens from the link in your checkout confirmation — the license file, the software, and for a subscription the button to manage it. Lost the link? Type the email you bought with below and a fresh one is sent there.

Find my license

Type the email you bought with and a fresh link to this page is sent there. It opens the same page as the link in your checkout confirmation — the license file, the current download, and for a subscription the Manage subscription button — and works for 24 hours.

Activate it

Download Tube Shop above and unzip it into Fusion's add-ins folder, then download license.json and put it in the Tube Shop folder that made, next to the manifest. Start Fusion 360, enable Tube Shop under UTILITIES → ADD-INS, and the add-in reads the license from there.

Leave the file exactly as it downloads. It is signed, and the app checks that signature before it checks anything else, so editing it — even reformatting it — is what makes a good license stop working. If you need a fresh copy, come back to this page rather than retyping one.

01The license is issued against the email you checked out with, so a typo in that email means a license for an address you do not have. Wrong email? Write kelly@apexdesign.store and it is re-issued on the right one.
02A reinstall is the same file again — keep license.json somewhere you can find it, or come back to this page for a fresh copy (from the link in your confirmation, or with the email you bought with). A perpetual licence never changes; a subscription or payment-plan licence is re-issued here with each payment, so the copy on this page is always the current one.
03A refunded order deactivates its license automatically, and a subscription or payment-plan licence stops at the end of its paid month. That is the whole license system: no dongles, no phone-home lockouts.
