Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the date the product was delivered.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged condition. This means no dents, cracks, scratches, bends, heat discoloration, weld spatter, or any other signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification.
- All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided with your refund request.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refund requests will be denied if any of the following apply:
- The product shows signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse — including but not limited to scratches, dents, weld spatter, heat marks, bent components, or missing parts.
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or third-party marketplace.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at kelly@apexdesign.store or use our contact form with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your order number, date of purchase, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the eligibility requirements above. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the product does not pass inspection (e.g., it is damaged or incomplete), we will notify you and may offer to return the product to you at your expense. No refund will be issued in this case.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Defective product claims are handled separately from standard returns and are not subject to the “undamaged condition” requirement. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
