Our hope is that the software we've built serves not just professional fabricators, but hobbyists too. We want to use our gifts to help others — and to help them discover and hone their own gifts along the way.

Kelly McDonald

Kelly's career began with a love for design and engineering that took root in his teens. He's been immersed in the automotive world since he was 10 years old and never looked back — what started as racing with his dad grew into a drive to understand how cars are built, and eventually, to build his own.

Since starting our business, we kept hearing the same thing from fabricators: they needed better software to run alongside their machines. That's when Kelly started thinking — what if we could use our talents to fill that gap and become the solution fabricators were desperately looking for?

When Kelly isn't working, you'll find him doing photography, playing guitar, helping others, and enjoying this beautiful life with his wife. Together, we want to be a light in the automotive industry, helping others sharpen their own skills and talents.

Jessica

Jessica is our co-owner and Chief Operations Officer, and wears many hats in the marketing and community development of our business.

She is Kelly's wife and best friend. She drives creative direction within the business and brings an innovative perspective to engineering-level problems — in a way, she's an engineer herself, in the sense of building a vision and a desire to help others. She has a bright personality and demeanor that makes her the absolute top of the line at communications.

Jessica understands that the core of any successful business is stewarding our God-given gifts, in every area, to the best of our ability.

She's always dreaming of how we can grow as a business, and has had — and still has — a big part in the direction of the company.

Turning business into ministry

Our goal is that by meeting the needs of many people through our software, we can in turn fund the future of our company.

Beyond software, we envision helping young adults who have a desire to learn practical automotive and fabrication skills through classes, programs, or retreats — while helping them realize who they are in Christ, and how they can honor God with their God-given gifts and talents.

Tube Shop is the first thing we have built for the shop floor: one pipeline that takes a cage from a set of centerlines to the cut list, the bend sheets and the G-code that make it.
