Before you buy

The software, the tooling and your cutting workflow.

What do I need to run Tube Shop?

Tube Shop runs inside Autodesk Fusion on Windows, the platform we test and support. You need your own valid Fusion license, purchased separately from Autodesk.

Explore the features
Do I need a CNC tube cutter?

You can use cut lists, bend instructions and full-scale wrap templates for a manual fabrication workflow, or export STEP and IGES geometry for a cutting supplier. Configured rotary G-code is available for compatible machines.

Will it work with my machine?

Bend setup uses your selected die and available calibration. Cutting compatibility depends on your controller, post and workflow. Send us your machine details and a sample file it accepts so we can help check the fit before you buy.

Installation & your license

Get the add-in running and find your purchase details.

How do I install and activate Tube Shop?

Download the Windows installer and your license.json from your purchase confirmation. Save your work, close Fusion and run the installer. Select the license file when prompted; setup handles the folder location and keeps existing licenses and settings. Leave the signed license file exactly as it downloads—do not edit or reformat it.

Where do I start Tube Shop in Fusion?

If Tube Shop is not running after installation, open Utilities → Add-Ins → Scripts and Add-Ins in Fusion. Select Tube Shop and click Run. Enable Run on Startup to keep it available when you open Fusion.

How do I find my license and downloads?

Open the license link from your purchase confirmation. If you have lost it, go to Your license and enter the email address you used at checkout to request a fresh link. That page provides your license file and eligible software releases. If the purchase email was entered incorrectly, contact Kelly for help.

How do I manage or cancel a monthly subscription?

Open your emailed license link and choose Manage subscription. It opens Stripe’s billing portal for payment details, invoices and cancellation. The button appears for monthly subscribers; a perpetual license has no monthly subscription to manage. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues through the paid month.

Updates & support

What your plan covers and where to get help.

What happens when maintenance or a subscription ends?

A perpetual license does not expire. If optional maintenance ends, the version you have keeps working; later updates require current coverage. A monthly subscription runs until the end of its paid month, then stops if it is not renewed.

How do I receive updates?

The add-in checks for eligible releases in the background and includes Check for updates. Installation waits until Fusion closes. Updates follow your maintenance or subscription coverage. For perpetual licenses: First 12 months maintenance included · then $500/yr, optional. Updates are included while a monthly subscription is active.

What is the refund policy?

It activates and runs on your machine or you get your money back — 7 days to report it. A change of mind is not a refund.

How do I get help with my setup?

Email Kelly at kelly@apexdesign.store or use the contact page. For a machine question, include the controller, tube size and wall, your die’s measured centerline radius, and a sample file the machine already accepts if you have one. Those details help us give you a useful answer.
